1 Conference participants can book rooms at a special rate at Hunguest Hotel Flora***. It is within a 5-minute walk from “B Building” and is the venue of the reception.
Room prices: Single room: 10.000 HUF / room / night + local tax
Double or twin room: 16.000 HUF/ room / night + local tax
Local tax: 450 HUF / person / night above 18 years
Parking place: 900 HUF/ car/ night
Bathrobe: 350 HUF/ night
The price includes buffet breakfast and soup buffet, free use of wellness island (pool with fun elements/fun bath, pool for children, Jacuzzi, infra sauna, sauna, steam- and aromatic sauna, Kneipp pool, dipping pool), free entrance to the open-air bath (including use of the adventure pool), and VAT.

2 Conference participants can also book their accommodation in the dormitory of Eszterházy Károly University (Almagyardombi Kollégium, 3300 Eger, Leányka u. 6, see AK in red in the map on the Practical Information page). The dormitory is within a 15-minute, slightly uphill walk from the conference venue, beyond the Castle of Eger. Unfortunately, no public transport is provided for the area.

Rooms for four people with ensuite bathroom (single-sex rooms for four, with the option of booking a four-bed room for two people only)

Please, kindly note that the number of available rooms is limited (max. 75 conference participants) and special arrangements are needed to vacate them for the time of the conference. Therefore, rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservation closes 9 December, 2016.
Payment: only in HUF
Please, transfer your payment to the account of Eszterházy Károly Egyetem by 10 December with “HUSSE konferencia szállásdíj” and your name clearly indicated in the “notice” box. Please note that the cost of bank transfer is at your side. If reservation is cancelled (by e-mail at husse2017@ektf.hu) before 31 December, 100% minus bankcharge of the paid accommodation fee is refunded.
